The central part of Orsha is being put in order

The warm season is a time when people spend a lot of time outdoors. A favorite place for walks among the residents of Orsha is the central pedestrian zone in the historical part of the city along the Orshitsa River, which is popularly called the parapets.

It is crowded in the evenings and during festive celebrations. The place is popular with tourists as well. Over the years since the improvement of this area, the ground has settled in some places under the paving stones. It is currently being updated. Unevenness is being addressed locally, without closing the pedestrian zone. Work is also underway to modernize the external power grid. Next up is grass mowing.
