Safety of hazardous cargo transportation
In March 2026, senior state inspector of the Orsha inter‑district department of the Vitebsk regional State Supervision of the Fuel and Energy Complex Vitaliy Pyrshko and senior state inspector of the OGAI of the Orsha Police Department Viktor Tsiklinsky conducted an inspection of vehicles transporting hazardous cargoes in the city of Orsha and the Orsha district.
The technical condition, equipment, documentation, and compliance with route requirements were checked. Explanatory talks were held with drivers about the need to comply with legislation on hazardous cargo transportation safety, vehicle operation procedures in the spring period and actions in emergency situations.
