Solemn opening of the tourist rally in Orsha

In a picturesque corner of the Orsha district, the ceremonial opening of the annual regional tourist gathering took place, bringing together lovers of active recreation and nature enthusiasts. The event began with a mass warm-up that set a lively tone for the entire occasion.

Before the official ceremony, the Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Vyacheslav Viktorovich Durnov, visited the tent camp to familiarize himself with the living conditions of the participants. He inspected the accommodation, infrastructure, and spoke with the tourists, noting the good organization of daily life and the preparation of the event.

At the ceremonial opening of the gathering, Vyacheslav Viktorovich delivered a welcoming speech:
"Tourism unites people, strengthens health, and fosters love for the homeland. I wish all participants bright impressions, new friends, and, of course, victory in the competitions!".

The event was also attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Anastasia Adamovna Prokofyeva, who emphasized the importance of developing tourism in the region and wished the participants good luck.

Before the start of the active program, all participants were given a safety briefing. The organizers reminded everyone of the rules of conduct in the forest, first aid, and safety precautions during the competitions.

The tourist gathering will last several days, during which teams will compete in orientation, overcoming obstacle courses, and other disciplines. The event promises to be filled with sports achievements and unforgettable moments in the lap of nature.
