The Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of Orshansky District informs large families
The Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of the Orsha District (TCSN) informs large families of the city of Orsha and the Orsha District that changes to the large family certificate and the issuance of a duplicate certificate are carried out by TCSN specialists.
The certificate is updated with information about the extension (reduction) of its validity period and other changes in the following cases:
- birth (adoption) of a child;
- change of surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth of the child (children);
- death of a parent, child (children), recognition of them as missing, declaration of death;
- divorce in a complete family or marriage of a parent in an incomplete family;
- other changes in the composition of the family.
All changes are confirmed by the originals of the relevant documents with the provision of photocopies.
It is provided the right to choose instead of making changes to the previously issued certificate to obtain a new certificate. To obtain a new large family certificate, it is necessary to contact the "one-stop shop" of the Orsha District Executive Committee, located at: Orsha, Alexander Ostrovsky St., 2, tel. 51-12-45. Residents of Baran are to contact the "one-stop shop" of the Baran City Executive Committee, located at:

In case of loss of the large family certificate or its unfitness for further use, a duplicate of the certificate is issued. The issuance of a duplicate certificate is carried out no later than 10 days from the date of application (free of charge).
