Theme of 2026 in the EAEU

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (hereinafter referred to as MART) informs that the Department of Sanitary, Phytosanitary and Veterinary Measures of the Eurasian Economic Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) is conducting a survey on the selection of the theme for 2026 on consumer rights protection on the Commission's website https://potrebitel.eaeunion.org/ru-ru/Pages/Survey12.aspx from September 18 to October 18, 2025.

In accordance with paragraph 9 of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Program of Joint Actions of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the Member States) in the field of consumer rights protection, approved by the resolution of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council dated June 21, 2022, No. 12, the Member States together with the Commission annually, starting from 2023, determine the themes of joint events aimed at informing and educating citizens of the Member States on consumer rights protection issues (theme of the year), which is established by the recommendation of the Commission's Collegium.
