"Festive Fair" in Orsha invites you to shop
On the eve of the most delicate spring holiday, International Women's Day, a Republican Universal Fair "Sviatochny Kirmash" opened in Orsha.
It has already become a good tradition and annually gathers a large number of participants. It is also symbolic that the opening of the fair coincided not only with the spring holiday but also with the Year of the Belarusian Woman.
This year, more than 30 participants from various cities of Belarus and Russia presented their products, including Vitebsk, Minsk, Babruisk, Gomel, Mogilev, Smolensk, Bryansk, and Moscow. Traditionally, Orsha enterprises and individual entrepreneurs actively participate in the fair.
Among the regular participants are the territorial center for social services, the polytechnic college, the enterprise "Market of Services", artisan Lyubov Ovsyannikova, and others. By the way, a social reception operates at the TCSN site, where specialists from the center not only provide consultations on the services offered but also conduct preventive work on fire safety with elderly citizens, explaining how to recognize and protect themselves from telephone scammers.
At the solemn opening, the guests and participants of the fair were welcomed by the head of the trade and services department of the Orsha district executive committee Irina Martinovich and the deputy general director of the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Andrei Raznovsky, who noted that the Orsha region is the only region in the Vitebsk region that not only preserves fair traditions but also develops them.
"Sviatochny Kirmash" is a wonderful opportunity to find everything you need in one place, as well as to buy gifts for your beloved women for the holiday. This year, the fair will be especially rich and diverse.
From February 26 to March 3, you can expect a huge selection of clothing, footwear, and textiles, household goods, cosmetics and jewelry, handmade souvenirs, as well as a wide range of food products and confectionery.
From March 4 to 8, a fish festival will take place. You will be able to purchase fresh and frozen fish, delicacies of cold and hot smoking, and canned fish.
And from March 6 to 8, a true sea of flowers will unfold in the Central Square. Fresh flowers and elegant floral arrangements, handmade souvenirs from masters and artisans, perfumes, cosmetics, and stylish jewelry – everyone will find a gift to their taste.
In addition to the fair, the organizers have prepared a cultural program. On February 28, from 12:00 to 13:30, there will be a concert of creative teams from the culture department and an entertainment game program for everyone. On March 7 at 12:00, a festive concert dedicated to International Women's Day will take place.
The "Sviatochny Kirmash" fair takes place in the Central Square near the "House of Trade" and will operate from February 26 to March 8 from 10:00 to 19:00.
