"Startup Marathon" is a flagship ecosystem for those ready to transform bold ideas into real economic indicators. The program of Belagroprombank serves as a full-fledged navigator for the development of innovative business, offering entrepreneurs expert support at every stage of the journey.

Who can become a participant in the program?

• active entrepreneurs whose project is already launched. This is a platform for scaling, where one can improve their business model, receive feedback from the market, and find strategic partners. • future founders who have an idea but lack a clear roadmap. The program is divided into two key nominations. This allows both novice and experienced teams to develop in their competitive environment, receiving exactly the support needed at the corresponding stage.

• "Successful Start" (Pre-seed/Seed stages)

For those who are at the hypothesis testing stage. Projects participating here go from idea formulation to creating the first business model. This is a start for those who want to turn their idea into a real asset.

• "Effective Business Startup" (Alpha version development stage)

For projects with an active prototype or finished product. Here, the focus shifts to the "maturation" of the business: analyzing feedback from initial clients, strengthening the sales model, and preparing for a large-scale market entry.

Development of women's entrepreneurship

An important part of the "Startup Marathon" ecosystem is the support of women leaders. Within the main directions, special nominations have been highlighted:

• "Best Women's Startup Idea" - recognition for bright and promising concepts.
• "Best Women's Business" - an award for implemented projects demonstrating effectiveness and growth potential.

The competition program is conducted in 4 stages:

1. preparatory stage

entry point into the ecosystem: registration of participants, initial expertise of applications, and formation of a community of innovators. The collection of applications has already started from March 1, 2026.

2. educational stage

At this stage, ideas undergo viability testing. Under the guidance of mentors and practicing experts, teams work on the foundation of the business:

Marketing and sales: deep analysis of the target audience and finding effective market entry channels.

Financial sustainability: developing a working financial model and adapting the product to real consumer demands.

The art of presentation: training in public speaking skills and negotiation with investors.

As a result of the expert selection, the best projects move to the next level.

3. acceleration stage (final stage)

The main task of this stage is to convert the project from the idea stage (Seed) to the finished product stage (Alpha). Participants will experience an intensive cycle of lectures, working sessions, and master classes. The program helps strengthen management competencies and bring the business model to a state of financial self-sufficiency.

At this stage, entrepreneurs with ready business projects can also join.

4. public defense stage of business projects at the final conference (Republican Demo Day) with a subsequent award ceremony.

For an entrepreneur, Demo Day is not only a moment of official recognition of the project by the market but a real opportunity to attract investments for scaling or solidify partnerships with the large corporate sector.
