Spartakiad among managerial staff: GTO standards testing

Today, as part of the year-round Spartakiad among managerial staff, competitions were held for the standards of the State Physical Culture and Health Complex (GFOC) "Ready for Labor and Defense" (GTO). The event took place at the city stadium of Orsha in excellent weather, which added energy and fighting spirit to the participants.

With a parting word to the participants, the chairwoman of the Orsha District Council of Deputies, Inna Khomutovskaya, addressed them: "First of all, these competitions are a struggle with oneself. Each of you must show what you are capable of today. I wish everyone a great mood, confidence in their abilities, and, of course, worthy results!"

Tests of strength and endurance: participants competed in the following disciplines: 30-meter run, long jump from a standing position, forward bend from a seated position, six-minute run, push-ups / pull-ups, torso raises.

Each standard required not only physical preparation but also determination, as the main opponent for many was not another participant but their own result.

The teams showed worthy results, demonstrating strength, endurance, and team spirit. According to the results of the competitions, the prize places were distributed as follows:

1st place — team of the Orsha District Council of Deputies

2nd place — team "Orshavodokanal"

3rd place — team of the Grodno Regional Emergency Situations Department

The Spartakiad once again proved that sports unite, energize, and help reveal new opportunities. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all participants for the vibrant competition!
