The staff of the Orsha Police Department congratulated children on the upcoming holidays
In the run-up to the New Year, the staff of the Internal Affairs Department of the Orsha District Executive Committee made the holiday special for the students of the Baran City Organization "Belarusian Association for the Assistance to Disabled Children and Young Disabled People". As part of the charity campaign "Our Children", they organized an event filled with kindness and attention.
The head of the Internal Affairs Department, Colonel of Police Alexey Tyapko personally congratulated the children and their parents on the upcoming New Year. His sincere words of support and wishes for health, happiness, and well-being became a true gift for all present. At that moment, everyone could feel the warmth and care that are so necessary in life.
The female employees of the Orsha ROVD – members of the Belarusian Women's Union – also joined in the congratulations and presented the students of the VPK "Zubr" with New Year's gifts, among which stood out a special surprise – general's chocolate. These little joys brought smiles to the children's faces and created an atmosphere of a real celebration.
But the good deeds did not end there. An exciting museum workshop "New Year's Toy" took place at the Orsha City Art Gallery named after V. A. Gromyko. The students of the Baran City Organization received a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the permanent exhibitions of the gallery, learn about the history of the Jesuit collegium, as well as about the life and creative path of the People's Artist of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Gromyko.
Particular attention was drawn to the workshop on creating a New Year's toy horse – the symbol of the upcoming 2026 year. The kids created bright and original crafts with their own hands, which not only developed their creative abilities but also brought joy from working together.
We are confident that the congratulations from the staff of the Orsha ROVD gave the children unforgettable impressions that will remain in their hearts for a long time. May the upcoming New Year become not just a holiday for them, but a true symbol of hope, friendship, and care.
