On 03 April 2025, Orsha was visited by a delegation of the Penza Regional Branch of the Women’s Union of Russia led by its head Olga Chistyakova.

At the district executive committee, the delegation met with the district leadership, female deputies and representatives of the Orsha District Organization of the Public Association “Belarusian Women’s Union”. The guests were welcomed by the head of the Orsha District Igor Moroz and the chairperson of the Council of Deputies Inna Khomutovskaya.

During the round‑table meeting, together with heads of structural units of the district executive committee, the head of the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection Tatiana Zakharova participated, raising issues of material support for families raising children.

On the holding of a seminar‑training

24 September 2024 at 11:00 in the large hall of the Orsha District Executive Committee, free of charge, a seminar‑training will be held for managers and specialists of accounting, HR and occupational safety services of enterprises of the Orsha, Dubroven and Tolochin districts, covering the following topics:

On 11 July 2024, the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Orsha District Executive Committee held a meeting of the staff with the head of the cybercrime prevention department of the criminal police of the Orsha District Police Department, Lieutenant Colonel Vadim Mikhailovich Lepeshinsky, on the topic “Digital Literacy”. Lepeshinsky presented the most common and new fraud schemes and gave recommendations on protecting personal data.

Participants included representatives of the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Orsha District Executive Committee, the Department of Enforcement of the Orsha District and the city of Orsha, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Orsha District Executive Committee, the psychiatric‑neurological dispensary of the medical‑sanitary unit “Orsha Central Polyclinic”, the Orsha District Organization of the Belarusian Red Cross Society, the HR departments of organizations in the Orsha District (JSC “Orsha Instrumental Plant”, the “ZHBK” plant branch of JSC “Orsha Construction Trust No 18”, JSC “Orsha Meat‑Canning Plant”, the municipal enterprise “Orsha Special Motor Depot”, the State Enterprise “Orshateploset”). During the meeting, issues of compliance with labor and enforcement discipline, medical‑consultative commission procedures under Decree No 18, dispensary observation by a psychiatrist‑addictologist, administrative and criminal liability for truancy, and the procedure for wage deductions for reimbursement of child‑raising expenses were discussed. Comprehensive answers were provided to the questions of the “obligated persons”.
