Штат Оршанской центральной поликлиники пополнился молодыми специалистами

The staff of the Orshansk Central Polyclinic has been bolstered by young specialists

The date of August 1 is not a red day on the calendar, but for many graduates of medical colleges and universities, it is special. On this day, young specialists begin their work. 

The staff of the Orsha Central Polyclinic has been supplemented by 15 doctors, 67 representatives of the nursing staff, and 9 intern doctors.

In the assembly hall of City Hospital No. 1 named after Semashko, the chief physician of the institution Sergey Karaka welcomed the young specialists, along with his deputies, the chairperson of the trade union committee Yana Khaletskaya, and the heads of structural divisions of the UZ "OCP". To congratulate the youth on their first working day, the deputy chairperson of the Orsha District Executive Committee Anastasia Prokofyeva (who oversees  health care issues) came together with the head of the organizational and personnel work department of the Orsha District Executive Committee Ekaterina Lavrenova.

The guests wished the youth professional success and the fulfillment of their plans.

–  Remember that you have one of the best and most important professions on earth, – noted Anastasia Adamovna. –  Medical workers have always been held in special respect and honor for dedicating themselves to the noble cause of caring for human health.  You have everything necessary for a good start. The rest depends on your personal desire to constantly develop and improve. We are happy to welcome you. Safe travels!

Chief physician of the UZ "OCP" Sergey Karaka also warmly encouraged the beginning medical workers, wishing them to realize themselves, constantly enhance their knowledge, and never stop at what they have achieved. He urged young specialists to approach their duties with responsibility and diligence, and to treat patients and colleagues with respect.  "Let caring for patients become your life credo. You should work as if close people have come to you for medical assistance," – emphasized Sergey Anatolyevich.

Yana Khaletskaya, chairperson of the trade union organization of the UZ "OCP", also addressed the youth with a welcoming speech. In her address, Yana Alexandrovna spoke about the role of the trade union in the institution and its social function, informed about the collective agreement, and invited them to participate in all  events held to unite the team.

During the meeting, the young specialists watched an introductory presentation. The doctors and representatives of the nursing staff learned how medical workers spend their free time, what events the youth participate in, and viewed photographs.

A traditional photo of the young specialists with the leadership of the UZ "OCP" will remind the youth of their first working day.
