Session of the Orshansky District Council of Deputies
At the next session of the Orsha District Council of Deputies, the report of the chairperson Inna Khomutovskaya on the work, activities of the presidium, and the state of affairs in the relevant territory was heard.
In her report, Inna Viktorovna outlined the key areas of her work and its effectiveness. How the interaction with the population is structured and how pressing issues are addressed, what new forms of dialogue between the authorities and the people are being applied, whether the experience of using a collegial body of territorial self-government and civic initiative is justified, youth parliamentarism, the role of village elders – the chairperson of the Council of Deputies spoke about this and much more.
During the session, the deputy of the Central electoral district No. 1 Oleg Karpeko spoke. The chairperson of the Babinichsky rural executive committee Marina Matveeva reported on the activities of the primary level Council, the deputy chairperson of the youth parliament under the Orsha District Council of Deputies Veronika Trubkina spoke about the work of the youth parliament, and the deputy of the Partizansky electoral district No. 22, chairperson of the KOTOS ZHEU-5 Tatyana Karzhanovich spoke about the activities of KOTOS.
In conclusion, Inna Khomutovskaya presented Honorary Certificates of the Orsha District Council to the general director of the Orsha flax plant Oleg Buyanov, the deputy general director for organizational and personnel work and regime of the Orsha meat processing plant Nina Karpalova, the general director of the Orsha district agroservice Anatoly Mikhnovich, the organizing teacher of Secondary School No. 20 named after I. A. Flyorov Veronika Trubkina, the elder of the village of Svistki of the Babinichsky village council Valentina Petrovskaya, and the Honorary Certificate of the RAA "White Russia" – to the general director of the Orsha meat processing plant Maxim Bakurov.
