The seminar on improving ideological work in the regions of the Vitebsk region was held in Lepel.
As part of the off-site seminar on improving ideological work in the regions of the Vitebsk region, heads of ideological work departments and youth affairs of city and district executive committees, chief editors of city (district) newspapers, and leaders of regional television and radio programs went to the Lepel district!
From the Orsha district executive committee, Sergey Gnedkov, deputy head of the ideological work and youth affairs department, participated, and from the Institution "Editorial Office of the "Arshanskaya Gazeta" - the chief editor, Anastasia Turok.
The seminar program combines theory with practice. Participants were introduced to the presentation of the ideological work of the Lepel district. In the practical part, they divided into groups for a more detailed discussion of current issues.
A feature of the event was the off-site sessions at key enterprises in the district. At the Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant, guests discussed how to effectively build ideological work within the labor collective, supporting the motivation and patriotic spirit of the workers. At the Lepel Forestry, the discussion focused on the important role of public associations in strengthening state ideology, creating an educational and cultural environment, as well as fostering civic responsibility and love for the Motherland. The program continued with a visit to the Lepel District Local History Museum - a true treasure of the region's history and culture! The exhibitions impressed all participants, reminding them of the rich heritage and heroic past of the Belarusian people.
Also on the seminar agenda are discussions on the formation of a cultural and educational environment, fostering patriotism and civic position.
The event concluded with a press tour to the Berezina Biosphere Reserve and the village Domzheritsy, which was recently visited by President Alexander Lukashenko, emphasizing the importance of ecological and historical-cultural directions in ideological work.
