Dear residents of the Orsha district! We congratulate you on one of the most important state holidays – the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus!

March 15 is a significant date for our state. It is the day of the adoption of the Fundamental Law of our country, which serves as a reliable foundation for the development of a sovereign Belarus, an expression of the will and interests of the people, a symbol of its unity, cohesion, and consensus.

Caring for people's health, increasing the accessibility of medical care, ensuring a decent standard of living for citizens, working conditions, guaranteed rights to work and social security, protecting and strengthening the institution of the family, accessible and quality education, comprehensive support for youth, peace, and harmony on Belarusian soil, and the well-being of people – all these are the main priorities of our national policy.

We wish all residents of our district good health, prosperity, and success in all endeavors.
