Effective from 1 October 2024, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 22 April 2024 No. 365‑Z “On amendment of laws concerning entrepreneurial activity”

According to the first part of Article 12 of the Law, individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs until October 1, 2024, have the right to continue carrying out types of activities not included in the list defined in accordance with the second paragraph of the second part of point 1 of Article 22 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, until December 31, 2025.

The specified list is defined by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 28, 2024, No. 457 "On the Types of Individual Entrepreneurial Activity".

Thus, individual entrepreneurs carrying out types of activities not included in this list will not be allowed to continue these activities starting from January 1, 2026, while being individual entrepreneurs.
