We sincerely congratulate you on the Day of the October Revolution - a holiday that marked a turning point in the history of our peoples and forever remains in the memory of generations.
This day makes us reflect on the continuous connection of times. Those distant revolutionary events laid the foundation for a powerful state, in which our fathers and grandfathers achieved the Great Victory, restored the country from ruins, and were the first to pave the way to space. It was in that era that the main values were nurtured, which we cherish even today: respect for the working person, social justice, strong friendship between nations, and faith in the creative power of the collective.
For the Orsha district, this date is not just a page of history. It is the foundation of our economic and cultural potential, laid down by decades of hard work. We gratefully remember those who built our factories and plants, developed agriculture, and created the education and healthcare systems. Their enthusiasm, resilience, and dedication to their homeland serve as an example and a guide for us.
Today, while respecting the past, we confidently build the future. Our main task is for Orsha to develop dynamically, for it to be comfortable to live here, raise children, and realize our abilities. Thanks to your daily work, responsibility, and active civic position, the district is becoming more beautiful, the economy more stable, and the life of the people of Orsha more dignified.
