The republican start of the summer health campaign is on May 30 at "Zubrenok". This was announced by the consultant of the Department of Social, Educational and Ideological Work of the Ministry of Education, Larisa Emelyanchik, at a press conference on "The completion of the school year and the conduct of final exams. Issues of organizing children's recreation and health improvement during the summer period," reports BELTA correspondent.

"A feature of this year's summer health campaign will be the nationwide start of the summer health campaign. The republican start was given on May 30 at the National Children's Center "Zubrenok". Then, from June 3 to 5, similar events will take place in all regions of the country. We are very hopeful that this innovation will allow for an organized start to the summer health campaign in all regions of the country," said Larisa Emelyanchik.

Summer health camps with daytime stay will begin their work on June 1, with round-the-clock stay - during the first decade of June. "At the moment, the selection and training of personnel for work in the camps has been ensured. In close cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, work has been done to train the heads of outdoor health camps and specialists who will supervise summer recreation and health improvement. Educational work in the camps will be carried out taking into account significant dates of state holidays: this includes June 22 - Day of Remembrance and Sorrow, and Independence Day - July 3. Great attention will also be paid to our symbolism. In each shift, there will be line-ups "Our Symbols - Our Pride," during which the best students of the shift will raise the flag, and all present will sing the National Anthem. This is an integral part of the educational work in educational institutions," noted the department consultant.
