The development of livestock farming is under close attention of the Orshansky district administration

The leadership of the Orsha district and the sectoral trade union met with the labor collective of the dairy farm "Nizhnyaya Veravoysha" of the agricultural production cooperative "Radunskoye".

The deputy chairman – head of the department of agriculture and food of the Orsha district executive committee Vitaly Vorobyov and the chairperson of the district trade union organization of the agricultural sector Olga Nikitenkova discussed urgent problems with the agrarians in an informal setting over a cup of tea with sweets and outlined plans for further development.

The conversation focused on the future of the agricultural enterprise. Vitaly Vorobyov clearly outlined the priorities, emphasizing personnel policy.

– We must create conditions for specialists so that they stay in the countryside for a long time. The responsible approach of each of you to your work is the key to our common success, – emphasized Vitaly Vorobyov, addressing the workers.

They specifically addressed the relationship between wage levels and work quality.

– The amount of milk produced determines the well-being of every worker in the village and the entire enterprise as a whole. The quantity and quality of products are indicators that do not tolerate indifference. There are no trifles here, – noted Vitaly Nikolaevich, guiding the workers towards productive and coordinated work.

The participants of the meeting were able to ask questions directly. The lively dialogue showed that the labor collective of the farm is concerned about the common cause.

The culmination of the meeting was the awarding ceremony. For conscientious and fruitful work, as well as high indicators in milk production for the results of 2025, the collective of the dairy farm "Nizhnyaya Veravoysha" was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Orsha district committee of the Belarusian trade union of agricultural workers. A particularly pleasant surprise was the presentation of an honorary diploma based on the results of the district competition for livestock production for the fourth quarter. The high award was given to the milking machine operator Andrey Stepankov. His professionalism and perseverance are an example to follow.
