Работники Белорусской ГРЭС организовали патриотический автопробег в честь 80-летия Великой Победы

Workers of the Belarusian GRES organized a patriotic car rally in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory

Employees of the Belarusian GRES branch held a large-scale patriotic car rally "Let us bow to those great years".

The column of cars, decorated with national symbols, covered 153 kilometers, following the sites of military glory. Participants laid flowers at the memorials, honored the memory of the fallen with a moment of silence, and reminded of the importance of preserving historical memory.

"It is no coincidence that this route was chosen, — the organizers note. — Along the roads are dozens of brotherly graves and monuments that many do not even know about. But we must remember!"

As part of the car rally, employees of the Belarusian GRES visited: the Brotherly grave of Soviet soldiers in the town of Orekhovsk, the Monument to attack pilots Bylyin V. and Tsertsvadze L. in the village of Maloe Babino, the Brotherly grave of Soviet soldiers in the agrogorod Vysokoe, the Monument to Konstantin Zaslonov at the Orsha intersection, the Memorial complex "Rylienki", the Memorial to the Hero of the Soviet Union Yuri Smirnov in the village of Shalashino, the Monument to fallen soldiers in the settlement of Yurtsevo, and the Commemorative sign at the site of the first salvo of the "Katyusha" near the village of Pishchalovo.

The war left a deep mark: shattered destinies, destroyed villages, millions of dead... But the current generation keeps the memory of the ancestors' feat.

"Let us cherish the silence of the peaceful sky, the smell of fresh bread, the smiles of loved ones. And never forget who we owe this life to," — emphasize the participants of the car rally.
