Five apartment buildings with a total area of 26.3 thousand square meters will be commissioned in 2025.
About this at a recent session of the district council reported the deputy director of the capital construction department of the Orsha district Konstantin Selivanov. On January 31 of this year, an 80-apartment residential building on Konstantin Zaslonov Street was already handed over turnkey, with a total area of 4.12 thousand square meters. In the third quarter, the commissioning of residential buildings No. 2, 3, and 7 is planned in the area of Vladimir Lenin and Vissarion Belinsky Streets, and in December – an 80-apartment building on May 1 Street.
In 2025, the commissioning of 474 apartments is planned, including: 10 social housing apartments, 76 apartments for military personnel (44 apartments were built in 2024), 17 apartments for citizens in exchange for demolished housing, 81 apartments for individuals and legal entities without attracting state support funds, and approximately 290 apartments for the queue of the Orsha district executive committee, most of which are large families. Funds have already been allocated for the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure facilities to residential development areas. In addition to the construction of networks, this year the arrangement of engineering and transport infrastructure to the new individual housing development area "Shchetinka" (more than 160 land plots) will continue for the under-construction apartment buildings. In 2025, the commissioning of a kindergarten in the area of Vladimir Lenin and Vissarion Belinsky Streets is also planned. The customer is already conducting procedural procurement of engineering and technological equipment. The kindergarten is designed for 175 places, and the construction of a swimming pool, nine shade canopies, play and sports grounds is planned.
A flagpole will be erected in the city on Vladimir Lenin Street near the Heroes Park. The height of the structure, including the pedestal, will be 52 meters. Next to the flagpole, the installation of a granite sign with the state symbols of the Republic of Belarus is planned. Builders plan to complete design and survey work on the construction of a military-patriotic center for children and youth on Vladimir Lenin Street in Orsha. The project provides for the construction of a complex of buildings and structures of open and closed types on an area of about 3 hectares. The main object will be a one-story building with classrooms and administrative premises, as well as a shooting range with shooting distances of 10, 25, 50, 100, and 150 meters. It is planned to start construction and installation work on the object "Widening of the roadway of Mira Street on the section from Pogranichnaya Street to Ivan Yakubovsky Street with the construction of an underground passage".
