Occupational Safety Knowledge Check

Who and When Takes the Check

Managers and specialists undergo occupational safety knowledge checks:

No later than one month from the date of appointment
Periodically, but at least once every three years

Based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 23.06.2008 No. 356-Z “On Occupational Safety” and the Ministry of Labor decree dated 28.11.2008 No. 175.

Administrative Liability

Important

Managers who have not passed the occupational safety knowledge check may be held liable under Art. 10.13 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Orsha District Executive Committee Commission

The check is taken by managers, chief specialists and commission members of organizations not subordinate to republican authorities.

Schedule and Procedure

Free of Charge

The knowledge check procedure is free of charge

When: the second and fourth Friday of each month

Notification is sent no later than 15 days before the check
