The request of the residents of the Orsha microdistrict to open a store has been fulfilled

On the eve of the May holidays, residents of the Meat Processing Plant microdistrict in Orsha received a nice gift. Today, the store that everyone had been waiting for opened its doors.

They had repeatedly addressed this issue to various authorities, including the Orsha District Executive Committee and the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. Last summer, during a meeting between the head of the Orsha District, Igor Moroz, and the employees of OJSC "Orsha Meat Processing Plant", the problem of trade service for the residents of Shklovskaya Street and the nearby private construction in the Meat Processing Plant microdistrict was raised. People wanted a store to open where they could buy not only food but also other necessary goods.

The requests of the residents of Orsha were heard. A retail outlet of one of the major retailers opened its doors in the building of the former "Lesnoe" cafe. To congratulate the residents of the microdistrict on such an important event, the head of the main department of trade and services of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Irina Levkovich and the head of the trade and services department of the Orsha District Executive Committee Irina Martinovich arrived.

In an interview with a journalist from "Arshanskaya Gazeta", Irina Petrovna emphasized:
– It was not easy to resolve the issue of opening a store in this area of Orsha, but through joint efforts we managed to solve the problem. Eight jobs have been created in the new retail outlet. There is an excellent assortment of goods, which includes more than 2,000 items, proper zoning, and modern equipment. Everything necessary for the customer is available.
