The production site on Oktyabrskaya Street in Vitebsk was sold at auction for more than 300 thousand rubles
The most expensive unused state property object sold since the beginning of this year is the production site located at 3 Oktyabrskaya Street in Vitebsk.
The site includes an administrative building, workshops, a mixing unit, warehouses, garages ‒ a total of 14 capital structures located on a land plot of more than one hectare.
Previously, this site housed the repair and construction management of the city of Vitebsk. After its bankruptcy in 2019, these objects have been put up for auction 13 times.
As a result, in February, the production site was sold at electronic auction to an investor from Minsk for 317 thousand rubles. After reconstruction, it will be possible to place public purpose facilities here.
In total, the committee offers for sale 100 unused state property objects by the end of February and March.
Among the largest of the proposed objects are the buildings of the former "KIM" factory, located at 42 Gorky Street in Vitebsk.
Thus, the main production building with an area of more than 10 thousand square meters, a dyeing building with a five-story annex, and an air conditioning building are offered. All objects are offered with a 50% reduction in the initial sale price.
In the future, it will be possible to place enterprises from all industries and public service facilities here.
At the beginning of this year, the committee held 6 successful auctions. The state budget was replenished by 367.5 thousand rubles.
