Sale of a vacant house!

«Orsha District Executive Committee, based on the Regulation on the procedure for the sale of vacant residential houses without conducting auctions, the organization and conduct of auctions for their sale, approved by the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 23, 2021, No. 547 "On the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 24, 2021, No. 116", informs about the sale of a vacant house located in the territory of the Orsha district:

Applications are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of the specified information at the address: Orsha, Alexander Ostrovsky St., 2, office 105, Department of Architecture and Construction of the Orsha District Executive Committee, (phone for inquiries 51 08 93).

A candidate for the purchase of the vacant house must submit personally or through their representative to the local executive committee the following documents within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of information about its direct sale:

an application for the purchase of the vacant residential house in the form approved by the State Property Committee;

by a citizen - a copy of the identity document, without notarization;

by a citizen's representative - a power of attorney;

by an individual entrepreneur - a copy of the state registration certificate without notarization;

by a representative or authorized official of a legal entity of the Republic of Belarus - a power of attorney issued by the legal entity, or a document confirming the powers of the official, copies of documents confirming the state registration of the legal entity, without notarization, a document indicating the bank details of the legal entity;

by a representative or authorized official of a foreign legal entity - copies of founding documents and an extract from the commercial register of the country of origin (the extract must be issued within a year before the application is submitted) or other equivalent proof of legal status in accordance with the legislation of the country of origin with a duly certified translation into Belarusian or Russian (the accuracy of the translation or the authenticity of the translator's signature must be certified by a notary or a person authorized to perform notarial actions), a power of attorney or a document confirming the powers of the official, a document on financial solvency issued by the servicing bank or another credit and financial organization, with a translation into Belarusian or Russian (the accuracy of the translation or the authenticity of the translator's signature must be certified by a notary or a person authorized to perform notarial actions).

Documents drawn up outside the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state must be legalized unless otherwise provided by law.

In the event of receiving two applications from candidates for the purchase of the vacant house, its sale will be carried out based on the results of the auction.».
