The Belarusian Fund for Financial Support of Entrepreneurs, together with the RUP "National Center for Marketing and Price Conjuncture," is organizing a webinar on the topic "Procurement from a Single Source on the Electronic Trading Platform
(hereinafter – ETP): new opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses."
The webinar will take place on October 21, 2025 from 11:00 to 13:00 hours on the MTS Link video conferencing platform.
Participation in the webinar is free. The number of participants is limited.
The lecturer will be Tyskevich Natalia Viktorovna, Deputy Director of the RUP "National Center for Marketing and Price Conjuncture."

Key provisions of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated May 8, 2025 No. 252 "On the Cases and Procedure for Conducting Procurement from a Single Source on the Electronic Trading Platform."
2. Algorithms of actions for the supplier (contractor, performer) when conducting procurement from a single source on the ETP
- Obtaining an electronic signature, accreditation on the ETP;
- Procedure for placing documents and (or) information;
- Procedure for placing requests;
- Confirmation of compliance with the requirements for participants.
3. Conclusion of the state procurement contract
Procedure for concluding a contract in electronic form on the ETP.
