The representative delegation of Vitebsk region, led by the chairman of the Vitebsk regional executive committee Alexander Subbotin, is taking part in the Forum of twin regions in China's Shandong province together with colleagues from more than 50 countries.

The visit aims to strengthen economic, cultural, and educational ties between the Vitebsk region and Shandong province. The forum provides a unique platform for exchanging experiences in various fields, including innovation, industry, agriculture, and tourism.

A meeting was held with the secretary of the provincial party committee, Lin Wu.

As part of the forum, presentations of the investment potential of the Vitebsk region and business negotiations with representatives of Chinese companies are planned. The signing of a number of cooperation agreements in various fields is expected.
