Chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Igor Moroz, head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Orsha district executive committee Alexey Tyapko, and traffic police officer Pavel Spichenok went on an inspection to agricultural organizations.
During a visit to the agricultural enterprise "Ozeritsky-Agro," President Alexander Lukashenko emphasized the need to accelerate, no matter the cost:
– It is necessary to do things on time, and to maintain discipline. Under no circumstances should we let this year slip by. The harvest must be good if we can harvest without losses as much as possible.
The President noted that the harvesting campaign across the country is uneven, depending on weather conditions in various regions. Therefore, the Head of State is setting the tone for everyone: drying grain in the fields is not allowed, and delays in harvesting will lead to grain losses.
– As soon as possible, we need to harvest, – said Alexander Lukashenko.
This harvesting season, the Orsha district needs to harvest grain and leguminous crops on an area of 30,380 hectares. Of these: spring grains on an area of 6,199 hectares, cruciferous crops – 8,054 hectares, including winter crops – 4,810 hectares. The harvesting of winter barley is already nearing completion. As of July 25, 92.2% of this crop has been harvested in the fields of Orsha district with a yield of 47 centners per hectare. This week, four agricultural organizations in the district began harvesting rapeseed, and literally next week, mass harvesting of grain crops will begin.
Today, early in the morning, the chairman of the Orsha district executive committee Igor Moroz, the head of the Orsha police department Alexey Tyapko, and a traffic police officer Pavel Spichenok inspected the progress of the harvesting work in the district.
They visited the machinery yard of the state enterprise "Mezhevo-Agro," where they checked the technical condition of the combines and talked to the operators. They then went out into the fields to see how the harvest was progressing. The agrarians of the farm were harvesting winter barley. As long as the weather permits, the work is in full swing. After all, time is of the essence. The harvest needs to be collected on time and without losses.
The district leadership and law enforcement agencies also visited the MTF of OAO "Zadrovye." The head of the agricultural organization Igor Moroz was given specific instructions regarding the care of calves and deadlines for their implementation were set.
For his part, the head of the Orsha police department Alexey Tyapko emphasized that maintaining order and discipline at agricultural production facilities during the harvesting campaign is a direct instruction from the President:
– Police officers go on raids daily to ensure the quality of the harvesting campaign, to prevent criminal encroachments on the material values of agricultural organizations, and to identify cases of neglect and inaction by officials responsible for the harvest.
