The rating of state organizations formed on the basis of these assessments creates an additional incentive for improving the quality of work with the population and promotes the development of an open dialogue between the government and the population. The operation of the portal corresponds to the goals and objectives set before the state by the Head of State (Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 27, 2006 No. 2 "On measures for further debureaucratization of the state apparatus").
