A half-wool softened blanket from the Orsha linen combine has been awarded the State Quality Mark
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, presented the symbols of the State Quality Mark to representatives of enterprises whose products have been awarded this high recognition based on the results of 2025, reports BELTA.
The head of state familiarized himself with the stands of organizations — laureates of the State Quality Mark symbols for 2025 at the Minsk International Exhibition Center. The conversation was not only about achievements but also about the prospects for the development of enterprises and the mastering of new types of products.
— Nothing is more valuable. This is the very best that can be. But for me, quality is generally the number one issue, — emphasized Alexander Lukashenko while presenting the symbols of the Quality Mark.
He also reminded that all the best achievements and samples of domestic products should be presented at a permanent exhibition in the exhibition center.
— This must be done. Every inch should be filled with our goods, — stated the President.
Among industrial products, the Quality Mark has been awarded to the BELGEE passenger car model X50, the GS12A1 self-propelled grain harvester produced by Gomselmash, the AMKODOR W500C universal loader, the MSHX-9 machine for applying powdered chemical ameliorants produced by Bobruiskagromash, and the MMZ-3LD diesel engine from the Minsk Motor Plant.
This high recognition has also been awarded to cables with cross-linked polyethylene insulation 6-330 kV produced by Energokomplekt, garden swings "Alexandria" produced by Olsa, and a semi-linen soft blanket from the Orsha Linen Mill.
The State Quality Mark has also been awarded to food products. These include the "Meat Nut Roll made of Turkey" produced by the Dzerzhinsky Agro-Industrial Complex, vanilla-flavored ice cream in a waffle cup "1962" produced by the Kobrin Butter and Cheese Factory, whole condensed boiled milk with sugar "Egorok" from the Rogachev Dairy Canning Plant, and milk chocolate "Beloved Alyonka" produced by Kommunarka.
The decree establishing the State Quality Mark was signed by the President in January 2024. The mark is a red pentagon, in the center of which is a stylized image of an inverted letter "K" and the inscription "Belarus". The five corners of the mark symbolize the quality of Belarusian products achieved through the combination of five production indicators: safety, environmental friendliness, innovation, technological advancement, and aesthetics. For the first time, Alexander Lukashenko presented the State Quality Marks a year ago at a solemn ceremony in the Palace of Independence.
