Why is Orshansky bread "fat"?
Resident of Orsha Andrey Kozich posted a video on social media featuring the bread "Yakasny" sliced from the Orsha Bread Factory with the caption: "This is the kind of 'tasty' bread our Orsha Bread Factory bakes. Everything is floating in grease, it has the consistency of glue. Where is the quality?".
He also sent his video to the editorial office of the "Arshanskaya Gazeta" asking to look into this situation. Andrey left his phone number. We called him to find out the details. It turns out that this bread was bought by Andrey's wife in a store on November 16. When they opened the cellophane packaging at home to take out a piece of bread, their hands immediately became greasy. And this became a trigger for the Orsha resident to create content, as he had never experienced this with his favorite bread, which the family buys regularly. Doubts about the quality of the product crept in.
According to Andrey, he tried to clarify this at the enterprise itself, but could not get through, so he turned to "Arshanka". We suggested that the young man go with us to the factory, meet with the management, and investigate the situation on site. The Orsha resident agreed. Within an hour, Andrey Kozich and I were already at the entrance of the "Orsha Bread Factory", where we were greeted by the director himself Viktor Mishulsky.
Viktor Fyodorovich invited us to the bakery workshop, where the very "brick" is baked. He visually demonstrated all its production stages. He pointed out that according to the technological process and recipe for this type of bread, the dough is placed in molds greased with sunflower oil, and all bread production regimes are strictly followed at the enterprise. Andrey personally verified this, as well as the quality of the produced goods.
The director of the bread factory, Viktor Mishulsky, promised to conduct his own investigation into this situation. He also noted that there had been no complaints about "greasy" bread at the enterprise this year. However, if customers have any questions regarding the quality of the products, they can personally contact the manager for clarifications.
