Visited 'Mezhevo-Agro' and saw how order is being restored there
Literally the next day after the large meeting of President Alexander Lukashenko on measures to ensure sustainable development in the Vitebsk region, work began to restore order in agricultural organizations in the Orsha district. A team from the city has landed in all farms.
Support for the agrarians has come from the so-called sponsors – teams from affiliated enterprises and organizations. For almost a week now, they have been engaged in landscaping livestock facilities, repair workshops, and the adjacent areas. Special attention is paid to the technology of raising young livestock and cattle. Somewhere roofs are being repaired, feeding tables are being fixed, and somewhere the watering systems are being adjusted, and pens for livestock are being built.
– About 300 people are involved daily at agricultural sites, – says the deputy chairman – head of the department of agriculture and food of the Orsha district executive committee Vitaly Vorobyov. – Everyone understands how important it is to establish perfect order at the facilities of the agro-industrial complex. This entire range of work will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the technological maintenance of young livestock and cattle, as well as significantly improve the working conditions of the employees of the complexes and farms.
Today, journalists from the "Arshanskaya Gazeta" visited KUSH "Mezhevo-Agro", at the farms in Pishchalovo, Zapolye, and at the mechanical yard, where work is being done daily to restore order. Here, agrarians are assisted by employees of OJSC "Legmash Plant", the Orsha special auto base, the branch of "Orsha Electric Networks", DRSU-181, and the district agroservice.
The scope of work is impressive: mowing of territories, cleaning of construction and household waste, painting window frames, gates at the farms, welding work, roof repairs, earthworks for landscaping adjacent areas to the farms, glazing of windows, etc.
The deputy general director for the management of KUSH "Mezhevo-Agro" Dmitry Krukovsky emphasized that such help from the townspeople is timely, necessary, and invaluable.
– All our sponsors respond to any call, – says Dmitry Stanislavovich. – We are very grateful to them for lending us their shoulder. Together we can achieve a lot!
Work to restore order at the facilities of the agro-industrial complex in the district, as well as in all corners of Vitebsk region, continues. On November 1, everyone will again go out for a subbotnik and work on landscaping in agricultural organizations.
