Visited construction sites and saw how houses are being built in Orsha.
Recently, there has been a trend in Orsha towards increased housing construction, and the average square meters per person is gradually increasing. A vivid example of this is the new microdistrict being built on Vissarion Belinsky Street. This year, another building is planned to be put into operation here. A journalist from the "Arshanskaya Gazeta" together with the head of the Orsha zonal department of the inspection of the construction control and supervision department for the Vitebsk region, Andrey Fyodorov, visited the construction site and checked the quality of the work being done.
In the new building located at 3 Vissarion Belinsky Street, there will be 78 apartments. When we arrived at the construction site, we were greeted by the site manager Sergey Yakovlev and the plumbing works manager Dmitry Khmelevsky of the construction company LLC "Prometey". They told us that roofing work and facade thermal insulation are nearing completion, and the facade system installation has been completed. The builders are finishing the installation of engineering networks, and interior finishing is progressing at an active pace. In the yard of the house, the parking area for cars is almost completely ready, and soil is being brought in for subsequent landscaping of the adjacent territory.
First of all, we headed to the construction trailer, where Andrey Mikhailovich checked the compliance of the project documentation and also checked whether previously identified comments had been addressed. It turned out that everything was in perfect order. Then, as part of the working group, we walked through the floors of the house. Under the close attention of the specialist, everything was literally checked: from the tiles on the floor in the stairwells to the heating and water supply meters. They checked for the presence of sleeves in the walls for gas and plumbing pipes, thermal insulation of window and door openings, the evenness of the floors and walls, and the quality of plastering work.
Then we moved to the roof. There, work was in full swing on laying roofing materials and installing ventilation shafts. Andrey Fyodorov thoroughly checked the quality of the work on laying construction materials, the seams of the roof waterproofing, and the installation of protective screens on the exhausts.
After that, we moved to the basement. Here, work on insulating plumbing systems is nearing completion, and tests for tightness are being conducted.
– The construction of the house is nearing the finish line, – said Andrey Mikhailovich. – In general, it can be noted that the construction is proceeding quickly and in accordance with all standards. Of course, there are also some comments. This time we had questions regarding finishing, sealing of doors and window blocks, and anti-corrosion treatment of surfaces. A directive will be sent to the construction organization with established deadlines for their elimination. In turn, our service will check the quality of the elimination of identified deficiencies.
