The events were aimed at preserving historical memory, fostering patriotism, and introducing the youth to the heroic past of our country.

The day began with a rally at the memorial complex "For our Soviet Motherland". Participants honored the memory of fallen soldiers, laid flowers, and recalled the feats of those who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of our land.

Next, the program continued at the military commissariat of the Orsha and Dubrova districts, where soldiers of the first separate rifle battalion of military unit 5524 conducted engaging master classes. Participants were able to: - see various types of weapons - observe the work of a service dog, - learn about the structure and operation of a drone - master proper shooting techniques with pneumatic and airsoft weapons.

This stage sparked particular interest, as the youth not only learned about the modern army but also had the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practice.

After getting acquainted with military affairs, participants went on to study the history and culture of the region. The program included: the Orsha linen mill – one of the oldest enterprises, a symbol of the labor glory of Belarus; the Military-Historical Museum of K.S. Zaslonov, which told about the legendary partisan commander; the Museum of History and Culture of the city of Orsha, revealing the rich heritage of the region; the Museum of the Locomotive Depot, dedicated to the development of railway transport.

Each excursion allowed for a deeper understanding of the contribution of the people of Orsha to the history of the country.

The day concluded with a screening of a documentary film about the memorials of Belarus, after which a dialogue platform took place. Participants discussed the importance of preserving historical truth, the role of youth in patriotic education, and the necessity of passing on the memory of the war to future generations.
