Orshateploseti again "Leader of the Year-2025"

The ceremony of awarding the International Business Award "Leader of the Year" took place in Minsk. Achievements in the processing industry, agricultural complex, housing and communal services, education, and more were presented. 

 For the successful implementation of the project to create the physical culture and health complex "Dolphin", modernization of production capacities, development and implementation of energy-efficient measures, and a high level of service to the population, the state enterprise "Orshateploseti" was awarded the Grand Prix of the International Business Award "Leader of the Year-2025" in the nomination "Housing and Communal Services".

For applying modern management approaches, professional and social competence, the director of the enterprise, Pyotr Gishkelyuk, was awarded the Grand Prix of the International Business Award "Leader of the Year-2025" in the nomination "Person".

The state enterprise "Orshateploseti" has been recognized as a winner of the International Business Award "Leader of the Year" more than once and always surprises experts with its unconventional solutions.

 Last year, for example, a new sports complex was opened, which became very popular among the residents of Orsha from the very first days. The two floors of the "Dolphin" house a swimming pool, saunas, a gym, rooms for cosmetic procedures and massage, and a karaoke bar "Cheburashka". Over eight months of operation, more than 25 thousand people visited the complex.
