Orshans successfully performed at the 10th Festival-Competition of Patriotic Songs "Heartily Involved"
On the stage of the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha", the X festival-competition of patriotic songs "United by Heart" took place. It featured performers and creative groups from all regions of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
The festival was organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, the Department of Culture of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the Orsha District Executive Committee, the Department of Culture of the Orsha District Executive Committee, and the City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha".
The vocal abilities were to be evaluated by a competent jury, which included Alena Lopatina, the chief specialist of the Department of Culture of the Orsha District Executive Committee, the chairperson of the jury, Maria Shmatova, the head of the ideological work and youth affairs department of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Margarita Krupenko, a teacher of vocal disciplines, specialty "conducting (academic choir)" of the Novopolotsk Music College, Elena Demukh, the director of the GDKiT "Orsha", a Master of Arts, a teacher of pop and folk vocals, a member of the community of regional teachers of the Larisa Dolina Music Academy, a member of the Federation of Vocal Art Teachers "Russia", Margarita Shibaeva, a soloist of the National Academic Orchestra of Belarus named after M. Ya. Finberg, a first-degree laureate of the Republican Competition of Young Performers "Molodechno", a scholarship holder of the Special Fund of the President for Supporting Talented Youth, Vasily Medyukha, the leading methodologist in musical and instrumental art of the Vitebsk Regional Methodological Center for Folk Creativity.
During the two competition days, both professional groups and vocal genre artists, as well as non-professionals from two age categories – from 7 to 17 years old, from 17 to 75 years old – performed in various nominations: solo vocal (academic), solo vocal (folk), solo vocal (pop), vocal ensembles (academic), vocal ensembles (folk), vocal ensembles (pop).
At the end of each competition day, award ceremonies for the winners and participants of the competition-festival were held, as well as gala concerts featuring the winners. Representatives of the Orsha region performed admirably.
In the nomination "solo vocal (pop)" category "children and youth" (7-9 years old), the finalist of the competition was Arina Pashkevich (the exemplary studio of pop singing "Double-N" of the Orsha District Culture Center "Victory"). In the nomination "solo vocal (pop)" category "children and youth" (10-12 years old), the diploma of the II degree laureate was awarded to Anastasia Simonova (the honored amateur collective of the Republic of Belarus, the folk studio of pop singing "Creative" of the GUK "City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha"). In the same nomination, the diploma of the III degree laureate went to Elina Troshkova (the show group "Teenagers" of the GUK "City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha"), while Maria Semenko (the Orsha District Children's Art School) became a finalist of the competition.
In the nomination "solo vocal (pop)" category "children and youth" (15-17 years old), the I degree laureate was Alina Drugakova (the honored amateur collective of the Republic of Belarus, the folk studio of pop singing "Creative" of the GUK "City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha").
In the nomination "solo vocal (pop)" category "children and youth" (13-14 years old), the finalist of the competition was Anastasia Lyubetskaya (Secondary School No. 11 of Orsha).
In the nomination "solo vocal (pop)" category "amateurs" (18-35 years old), the victory was won by Roman Trepachyov (the honored amateur collective of the Republic of Belarus, the folk studio of pop singing "Creative" of the GUK "City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha"), while Yulia Chaykova (the exemplary studio of pop singing "Double-N" of the Orsha District Culture Center "Victory") became a II degree laureate. In the nomination "solo vocal (pop)" category "amateurs" (age 36+), the first place was shared by Sergey Gutov and Lina Trepachyova (the honored amateur collective of the Republic of Belarus, the folk studio of pop singing "Creative" of the GUK "City Palace of Culture and Creativity "Orsha").
In the nomination "vocal ensembles (pop)" category "professionals", the II degree laureate diploma was awarded to the pop vocal ensemble of the Orsha City Children's Art School. In the nomination "vocal ensembles (pop)" category "amateurs", the pop group "Pani Khida" (Orsha District Culture Center "Victory") also became a II degree laureate.
