Orshans participated in the Independence Day celebrations in Minsk

On July 1, a solemn meeting and concert of masters of arts "Voice of the Native Land" took place in Minsk, dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Belarus.

Residents from all regions of our country attended the event, including a delegation from Vitebsk region consisting of 200 people led by the chairman of the regional executive committee Alexander Subbotin. Representatives of labor collectives from enterprises and organizations, public associations and parties, veterans, and youth from the Orsha district also participated in the celebrations.

The event took place at the Palace of the Republic with the participation of the President Alexander Lukashenko, who emphasized that Independence Day is a holiday of fundamental importance for Belarusians.

About the feat of the unconquered people, about peace and independence, about foreign policy, about events in Ukraine and the Middle East, and even about the deployment of the "Oreshnik" missile system in Belarus — the Head of State spoke about this and much more during his speech. The sincere and emotional speech of Alexander Lukashenko resonated with all those present. The audience applauded the President's words standing.

Afterward, the concert of masters of arts "Voice of the Native Land" began. The title is not accidental: the theme of love for the Motherland ran like a red thread throughout the event. Many new songs were performed during the concert.

The first to perform before the residents and guests of the capital were the People's Artist of Belarus Aнатолий Ярмоленко, the honored collectives of Belarus: the ensemble "Sjabry", the dance, music, and song ensemble "Belye Rosy" with the premiere of the composition "Voice of the Native Land". Many songs were dedicated to the theme of the Great Patriotic War. The representative of Belarus at the XXXIV International Contest of Pop Song Performers "Vitebsk" Lera Bernatovich presented the song "Once", and the finalist of the TV project "Star Path-2024" Stas Bernikov performed "Be Faithful to God and the Fatherland".

It is pleasant that the residents of Orsha also participated in such a significant large-scale event. The artists of the exemplary art studio "Inspiration" performed on the big stage of the Palace of the Republic together with Theo and Olga Ryzhikova, who performed the song "You are in my DNA", as well as together with young performers in the composition "Always Ready". Together with Nastya Kravchenko, Nikita Belko and others, this song was performed by the Orsha resident Samir Yolchiev.

There were also unexpected premieres. Rap performed by Stefan Shmat accompanied by the National Academic Folk Choir of the Republic of Belarus named after G. I. Tsitovich – it was cool.

By the way, young artists played a significant role in this concert. After all, the youth is the future of Belarus, and it depends on them what it will be like. Their time has come.

The bright finale of the concert left no one indifferent. The audience applauded the artists for a long time, thanking them for the emotions and mood they provided.
