Orsha meat processing plant at the International Forum “Belarus Meat”

On April 3 and 4, the IX International Forum "Belarus Meat" is taking place in Minsk.

The event gathered more than 300 participants: producers of meat products, representatives of the authorities, heads of retail chains, suppliers of packaging and equipment, experts in new technologies and promotion, researchers, and opinion leaders.

The forum program is very rich. Master classes, round tables, discussions on current topics, tastings, exhibitions, acquaintance with new suppliers of equipment and technological solutions, presentations of new products, B2B negotiations – this and much more awaits participants over the course of two days.

As part of the forum, one of the unique events will take place — "Meat Premiere" — a blind tasting of new products from the meat market and promising products with the participation of food bloggers, managers of large chains, and technologists from enterprises. In addition, prestigious awards "100 Export Roads" and "Big Stars of the Meat Industry" will be held, as well as the final of the republican stage art competition Meat Fest — 2025.

Among the participants of the large-scale event is the Orsha Meat Processing Plant. The enterprise presented at the forum both new products and well-established and well-known meat and sausage products. The participants of the forum showed great interest in canned products made from wild game and meat pâtés with various fillings.
