Sale of solid fuel for district residents

The Orsha branch of the state unitary enterprise “Vitebskobltop” sells to district residents at a fixed price peat briquettes (up to 3.5 tonnes per year per household) and firewood (up to 4.9 cubic metres per year per household). When receiving both types of fuel for one household: fuel briquettes – 3.0 tonnes; firewood – 1.2 cubic metres of solid wood. Beyond these limits, and if the fuel is used not for house heating, it is sold at free‑sale prices in any quantity.

Citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus and registered at their place of residence in a single‑apartment building, an apartment in a block‑type building, which are not connected to a centralized heating system from heat‑power stations, group (quarter) and district boilers, and have:

• stove (water, steam) heating regardless of the presence or absence of other individual equipment;
• individual heating equipment operating with solid fuels, regardless of the presence or absence of other individual heating equipment;
• individual heating equipment operating with solid fuels and gas (electric energy).

The issuance of solid fuels to consumers residing in cities is carried out upon presentation of a fuel book and an identity document. For residents of rural settlements – based on lists of consumers in need of solid fuels provided by primary‑level executive committees, a fuel book and an identity document.

Citizens listed in Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 14 June 2007 No 239‑Z “On state social benefits, rights and guarantees for certain categories of citizens” have the right to a 50 % discount on the cost of fuel purchased within the limits.

In addition to wholesale and retail trade of firewood and peat briquettes the branch provides services for cutting firewood, splitting, loading and delivery to the consumer, weighing services on 30‑ton truck scales; we can provide a site for loading‑unloading cargo sent or received by rail transport.
