Оршанские школьники завоевали путевку в финал конкурса «100 идей для Беларуси»

Orsha schoolchildren won a ticket to the final of the competition “100 ideas for Belarus”

At the Vitebsk branch of the International University MITSO, the regional stage of the republican project "100 Ideas for Belarus" took place. Young minds from all over the region, including the Orsha region, showcased their bold developments in various fields – from energy and healthcare to information technology and ecology.

Our region was represented by nine projects. Students from secondary schools No. 2, 8, 9, gymnasiums No. 1 and 2, as well as the Orsha College of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and the mechanical-economic college defended their ideas. The event began with an exhibition-presentation, where everyone could not only see the projects but also test some of them in practice. Then came the most responsible moment for the authors – the defense before the expert commission, which faced the challenging task of selecting the best from many unique ideas.

By the jury's decision, the winner's diploma and a ticket to the final of the republican competition, which will take place in Minsk, was awarded to the project "Asphalt Deposition Solutions." Its authors – students of secondary school No. 8 in Orsha, Yevgenia Alisievič, Denis Ermolayev, and Alexey Yaskevich (supervisor Ruslan Ermolayev) – will represent Orsha at the highest level.

A separate prize was also awarded to the project "Farmer for a Day" by students of secondary school No. 9, Anastasia Kalinina and Maria Dorokhova.

We congratulate the talented schoolchildren on their worthy representation of the region and wish the team from secondary school No. 8 success and victory in the final! Their innovative ideas are a real contribution to the future not only of Orsha but of the entire country.
