Orshanshchina has taken up the relay of the republican project "Pashchouka.BEL"
The Orsha region has taken up the baton of the republican youth informational and educational project "Postcard.BEL".
The solemn ceremony took place at the Orsha Medical College, and its participants were students from colleges in the Orsha region. At the beginning of the event, the first secretary of the Regional Committee of the BRSM Maria Trubkina informed those present that the project is designed to remind the citizens of the region about their constitutional voting rights.
– Each of you will participate in the most important political event for our country – the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus, – noted Maria Vadimovna. – It is precisely from the choice of each of us that it will depend how our country will develop over the next five years. Remember that elections are your civic duty as patriots of your country.
Then the students began filling out the cards "Choosing the Future Together!" Some wrote reminders for their parents, grandparents, while others for friends and acquaintances. Among them was a student of the Orsha Medical College Aryna Dayneko.
– I know that the project "Postcard.BEL" was launched for the first time in 2024 for the Unified Voting Day, and I am glad that this initiative is being implemented for the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus, – noted the girl. – I think that in the age of information technology, receiving such a reminder about the elections is very unusual and pleasant. I sent postcards to my mom and dad. In them, I wrote that I love and miss them very much. This will also remind them to go to the elections.
As noted by the district committee of the BRSM, anyone wishing can send the card "Choosing the Future Together!" for free to a friend, colleague, or loved one until January 24 inclusive. To do this, everyone interested must obtain a postcard at the district committee of the BRSM (Ostrovskogo St., 2, office 416), fill out the address grid "To-Where", writing the last name, first name, and address with the index of the recipient (potential voter), and send it unfolded during the event to the stylized mailbox with the project's symbolism. After that, the employees of Belpost will deliver it to the addressee.
