An Orsha resident has been held criminally liable for posting signs about drug sales.

An important part is the conduct of a number of examinations, the results of which allow establishing the involvement of a particular person in the distribution of prohibited substances.
In the Vitebsk region, inscriptions offering to purchase narcotic and psychotropic substances via a website or Telegram channel appear on the walls of houses, fences, and other places. This is one of the ways to involve young people in the drug business.
Thus, the owner of a private house, having stepped outside her property, discovered that some inscriptions had been made on her fence from the street side. The woman reported it to the Orsha police department.
A specialist from the Orsha interdistrict department of the State Committee for Forensic Expertise arrived at the scene as part of the investigative-operational group. During the examination of the scene, the forensic expert discovered and seized two handprints on one of the objects. Upon verification, a match was established with the fingerprint information of a 24-year-old local resident. Law enforcement officers detained the man. The court issued a guilty verdict.
