Orshanyets Nikita Luzgin – the best young specialist of the Vitebsk region
The winner of the regional competition for professional and creative skills "Young Specialist – 2025" among healthcare institutions of the Vitebsk region has been determined.
Seventeen young specialists from various medical professions from Hlybokaye, Haradok, Orsha, Polotsk, Lepel, Novolukoml, Novopolotsk, and Vitebsk, who started their first jobs in 2024 and 2025, competed for the honorary title.
The large-scale event was organized by the Vitebsk Regional Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers and the Main Department of Health of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. The competition program consisted of two stages: the introduction "I am a young specialist!" and the intellectual game "Brain Ring".
As a result of the competition, the cup and diploma of the winner were awarded to the head of the Andreevshchina outpatient clinic, general practitioner Nikita Luzgin. On stage with Nikita were not only young specialists but also experienced doctors: Oleg Karpeko, Alexander Skvortsov, Pavel Kapitonov, Gennady Drozdov.
