"Orsha-Profi 2025": a celebration of professionalism and youth initiatives!

On March 28, 2025, a bright and significant event took place in Orsha – the district youth award "Orsha-Profi 2025", organized by the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Orsha District Executive Committee, the Orsha District Organization of the Belarusian Professional Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions, and the Orsha District Committee of the Public Association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union".

The event brought together the best specialists of the district, active youth, and representatives of the authorities to celebrate achievements in various fields and inspire new accomplishments.

Participants of the forum were welcomed by the Deputy Chairperson of the Orsha District Executive Committee, Anastasia Adamovna Prokofyeva, and the Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs, Maria Gennadyevna Shmatova, who emphasized the importance of professional growth and the contribution of youth to the development of the region in their welcoming speech.

"Today we honor those who, through their work, initiative, and creative approach, make our district better. I am confident that 'Orsha-Profi' will become a traditional platform for exchanging experiences and new ideas," noted Anastasia Adamovna.

The culmination of the event was the awarding of the best specialists of the district from among the working youth in various nominations. Specialists from different sectors received well-deserved diplomas and acknowledgments for their contribution to the development of the region.

"Orsha-Profi 2025" has become not only a celebration of professionalism but also an important step in supporting youth initiatives.

The organizers are confident that such events help to unlock the potential of the residents of Orsha and create new opportunities for the development of the district.
