Procedure for submitting electronic appeals

Attention!

Dear citizens! Before writing an electronic request, familiarize yourself with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011 “On Citizens’ and Legal Entities’ Appeals”. Perhaps the issue you are interested in is already among the published frequently asked questions (FAQ).

For citizens and individual entrepreneurs

The request must be in Belarusian or Russian language and contain:

  • Surname, given name, patronymic or initials.
  • Address of residence (place of stay).
  • Statement of the essence of the appeal.
  • Email address.

For legal entities

The appeal must be in Belarusian or Russian and contain:

  • Full name of the legal entity.
  • Location of the legal entity.
  • Statement of the appeal’s essence.
  • Full name of the person authorized to sign requests.
  • Email address of the legal entity.
Processing times
15 days Standard processing time from the date of registration
1 month For requests requiring additional study and verification

Responses are sent to the applicant's e‑mail or by mail to the place of residence/location in cases prescribed by law.

Appeals are left without consideration if:
  • Presented not in Belarusian or Russian language.
  • Do not contain the full name and address of the citizen's place of residence.
  • Do not contain the full name of the legal entity, address and the manager's full name (for legal entities).
  • Contains text that cannot be read.
  • Contain profanity or offensive words.
  • Subject to consideration in civil, criminal or administrative proceedings.
  • Contain questions that are not within the addressee's competence.
  • The deadline for filing a complaint was missed without a valid reason.
  • A repeat request has been submitted without new circumstances.
  • Correspondence with the applicant had previously been terminated.
