On promoting employment

As part of the implementation of activities to assist unemployed able-bodied citizens in finding employment, including those registered with various types of accounting in the internal affairs department of the Orsha district executive committee, on 16.10.2025, under the leadership of the chairperson of the Orsha district council of deputies, Inna Viktorovna Khomutovskaya, and the deputy chairperson of the supervisory commission at the Orsha district executive committee, Yulia Mikhailovna Murashko, a joint meeting of the permanent commission for coordinating work to assist in the employment of the population in the Orsha district and the supervisory commission at the Orsha district executive committee took place.

Invited to the commission meeting were: unemployed citizens of working age from the Orsha district, registered with various types of accounting in the internal affairs department of the Orsha district executive committee; unemployed parents showing signs of having criteria and indicators of socially dangerous situations in the family. Employees of the internal affairs department of the Orsha district executive committee organized support for these citizens. 

Representatives of the personnel services of organizations in the Orsha district participated in the commission meeting. More than 160 vacancies for the employment of unemployed citizens were announced.

About 27 citizens contacted the commission on various issues, of which 15 citizens were in need of employment.

Each unemployed citizen was offered vacancies for employment, taking into account their existing profession (specialty) and work experience. Interviews were conducted with employers, as a result of which unemployed citizens were referred to the personnel service of organizations for employment.

During the commission meeting, preventive work was carried out with unemployed citizens leading an antisocial lifestyle.
