About observing the rules of conduct on the water!
Persons visiting the beaches are prohibited from: swimming in areas where swimming is prohibited, as well as during dark hours;
consuming alcoholic, low-alcohol beverages, beer, narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, their analogues, toxic or other intoxicating substances on the beaches;
swimming while intoxicated and/or in a state caused by the consumption of narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, their analogues, toxic or other intoxicating substances;
swimming beyond the boundaries marking the beach area;
approaching vessels, floating objects;
climbing on technical and warning signs, buoys, other objects;
swimming on sports equipment, boards, loungers, logs, car tires, inflatable mattresses, and other objects;
using rescue equipment and gear for purposes other than intended;
organizing games in the water involving diving and capturing swimmers, as well as performing other actions that may cause accidents; signaling false alarms;
leaving children under 14 unattended; washing laundry, cleaning vehicles, bathing animals.
Jumping into the water from vessels, floating objects, bridges, piers, dams, other hydraulic structures and devices is prohibited, as well as entering, maneuvering, and parking vessels in the beach area and swimming areas, the boundaries of which are marked by buoys.
