30 May 2023 publishedDecree of the President of the Republic of Belarus “On Horticultural Societies” No. 155(hereinafter – Decree), which shall enter into forcesince 2 December 2023

In this case, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 28, 2008 No. 50 “On measures to organize the activities of gardening associations” will cease to be effective as of the date the Decree comes into force.

According to paragraph 3 of the Decree, horticultural societies registered before the Decree came into force are required, within one year after its entry into force, to bring their statutes into compliance with this Decree and to submit to the registering authority of the Orsha district executive committee documents for state registration of the changes and/or additions made to the statutes. The societies' statutes, until they are brought into compliance with this Decree, remain in effect to the extent that they do not contradict it.
