About cash equipment that will not be upgraded to meet the new requirements

The Inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties for the Orsha District reminds legal entities and individual entrepreneurs that they must replace or update their cash equipment by April 1, 2025!

We would like to draw attention to the fact that as of March 11, 2025, no application has been submitted for testing the cash register model Titan-M; the application must be submitted in November 2024 (applicant - IP "AUTO-COMBI"). According to the information available at the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, this model will not be upgraded to meet the new requirements.

Furthermore, as of March 11, 2024, the following models of cash registers have not been included in the State Register of models (modifications) of cash registers and special computer systems used on the territory of the Republic of Belarus: Titan A (testing at BelGISS completed on March 4, 2025), Titan-Plus (applicant IP "AUTO-COMBI"), POS system with fiscal registrars "TFP-115" "TFP-116" "TFP-118" with application packages "PM-Light", "Trade-Information System "TIS" with the module "POS", "ARTIX"; "LSRetail", "UVS KA300", "LSRetail" (applicant - LLC "Tusson"), Casbi-OZMF (applicant UP Ramok), BelTAX/KSA-04 (applicant - UP "Alternative Technologies"), Taximeter "Geomer-122" (testing completed on March 5, 2025, applicant - ODO "NTS").

In light of the above, we would like to emphasize that it will not be possible to purchase or update the specified models of cash registers by April 1, 2025.

In this regard, we suggest that organizations using the specified models of cash equipment take this information into account when making decisions about the feasibility of upgrading (updating) or replacing the specified models of cash registers and consider the issue of purchasing other models of cash equipment, including software cash registers.

Trade and service entities need to take measures in advance to replace cash equipment, set it up, train personnel, and resolve all issues that may be related to the integration of this equipment into accounting systems as well as the organization of the workflow. It is impossible to do this all at once - all necessary preparatory measures must be implemented in advance.
