The new residential quarter will start construction this year in Orsha on Novators Street

A new residential quarter will begin construction this year in Orsha on Novatorov Street. Two panel 10-story buildings with 80 apartments each will be erected in the courtyard near house No. 5 and polyclinic No. 2, and the area will be improved.

The planning headquarters for the future construction site was held with the participation of interested parties. The discussion of the upcoming works involved the deputy chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee Sergey Shurov, the director of the State Enterprise "UCS of the Orsha District" Alexander Prishchepov, and representatives of general contracting organizations: OJSC "Orsha Construction Trust No. 18" and State Enterprise "Vitebsk DSK".

The building that will be constructed closer to the polyclinic already has analogs in Orsha, built by a Vitebsk enterprise. The second building will be experimental for Orsha, and it will be built by Construction Trust No. 18. The project will be interesting for residents due to the free layout of the apartments. It will be possible to change the space due to the interior partitions, the distance between which is up to seven meters, which is more than in ordinary houses. The panels are planned to be produced at the branch of the "JBIK Plant" OJSC "Orsha Construction Trust No. 18", where production setup is currently underway.

The site for construction has been prepared. The nearest works here include the demolition of garages adjacent to the construction site, the relocation of existing utilities, and the installation of permanent engineering networks, as well as the vertical planning of the site. The foundation of the house is planned to be poured as early as spring.

The new buildings will have one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with areas of 27 and 58 square meters, respectively.
