New Year's tale. In Vitebsk, the opening of Santa Claus's residence took place.
The event took place in the cultural and historical complex "Golden Ring of the City of Vitebsk 'Dvina'.
A quest game from Baba Yaga, round dances around the New Year tree, dancing to favorite tunes, fun relays, a meeting with Grandfather Frost and the Snow Maiden – all this awaited the participants of the holiday.
Little guests, together with their parents, immersed themselves in the atmosphere of magic, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to personally congratulate the main winter wizard and make cherished wishes.
For Elizaveta Chukanova, the New Year celebration became a place for the fulfillment of her most cherished wishes.
— I have long dreamed of meeting Grandfather Frost. And today, on this wonderful frosty day, my dream has come true. I prepared for our meeting for a long time: I learned a poem, thought about wishes for the fairy-tale characters. After reciting the poem by Samuil Marshak "December", I received as a gift from Grandfather Frost and the Snow Maiden an angel and a candy. I also wished for all my loved ones to be healthy and happy in the coming year. I think Grandfather heard me, as he smiled so warmly and promised to fulfill my most cherished wishes. It was real magic that I will remember for a very long time! – said Elizaveta Chukanova.
Tatyana Minina and her granddaughter Daria Zimina are convinced that such events help not only children but also adults believe in miracles.
— New Year is our favorite holiday with my granddaughter. Traditionally, we charge ourselves with the New Year spirit at events dedicated to this magical celebration.
